Billing & Cancelation Policy

Billing

  • All payments are due at the time of session. (within 1 hour of the conclusion of each session). If you need to arrange something, be sure let me know prior to the session.

  • Late payments incur a $30.00 late fee.

  • All payments are made via traceable online payments. Venmo is preferred, but other arrangements can be made if you wish to set up automatic payments from a credit card or checking account.

  • Single sessions are not guaranteed to be a full 1 hour, but will be no less than 50 min unless agreed upon by both parties.

  • Sessions that run long do not incur additional cost unless discussed prior.

  • Any communication that occurs outside of session does not incur any cost unless discussed prior and agreed to by both parties.

Cancelation

  • Please notify me as soon as possible of any upcoming conflicts. I’m usually happy to reschedule as long as I have notice.

  • Cancelation for any reason must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of a session or full payment is still due at the scheduled time.

  • If sessions were paid for in advance, but notice was not made 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, no refunds will be granted.

  • Prepaid sessions canceled prior to 24 hours of the scheduled session are suitable for refund if an alternate time within 7 days cannot be agreed upon.

  • If a last minute cancelation cannot be avoided, and a session can be rescheduled within 7 days (I do my best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee availability), I’m happy to reschedule the session instead of taking payment for a late cancelation.

  • If I need to cancel for any reason, I’ll do my very best to notify you within 24 hours, and will do my best to offer alternative times to reschedule so we can still meet.
