Do you like someone to be hard or easy on you? Do you like direct blunt truth, or softer correction? Do you prefer to stay focused in the concrete and observable or focused more on the abstract and theoretical issues of life?

It could be a mentor, teacher, parent, sports coach, therapist, etc. Positive and negative experiences are equally relevant.

Nothing external like money, or a romantic partner, think motivation, discipline, patience, forgiveness, the ability to relax, etc.

This is a great place to put down major life values or struggles. (religious affiliations, significant behavioral rituals or practices, addictions, trauma, etc)

I work in cooperation with many therapists, councilors, financial advisors etc. I hope you're using every resource available to you! I just want to make sure I'm working WITH everyone on your team. To do that I need to know they exist. :)
